Connect Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
Connecting Meta lets Orchestra publish to your Facebook Page and Instagram and create Meta ad campaigns in your own ad account.
Before you start
- You manage a Facebook Page (a personal profile isn't enough).
- For Instagram publishing, your Instagram is a Business or Creator account linked to that Facebook Page.
- For ads, you have a Meta ad account you can access.
Connect your account
- Open Settings → Connections in your Orchestra dashboard.
- Find Meta and choose Connect.
- Log in to Facebook and grant all the permissions Orchestra requests — these cover managing your Page, publishing content, and (optionally) running ads.
- Select the Facebook Page (and linked Instagram account) you want Orchestra to use.
Once connected, Meta shows as Connected in your Connections list.
Grant every permission
Meta lets people pick and choose which permissions to allow. If you uncheck any, publishing or ads may silently fail later. If something isn't working, disconnect and reconnect, accepting all permissions.
Keeping the connection healthy
Meta access can expire — typically after about 60 days, or immediately if you change your Facebook password or Meta flags a security event. If posts or ads stop going out, reconnect Meta from Settings → Connections.
