How do I activate my plan?

Accepted Answer

After buying, click Activate on AppSumo. You land on Orchestra, create your account or sign in, and your purchase is recognised automatically. There is nothing to type.

Nothing happened, or I landed on a form asking for a key

Accepted Answer

The form on the activation page is the backup route: paste your licence key there if you have one. If you can’t find a key, email support@orchestra-ads.ai with your AppSumo order confirmation (the receipt email) and we’ll activate your plan for you.

Question 3

I clicked Activate again and saw “You’re all set”

Accepted Answer

That’s normal. It means your plan is already active on this workspace. Nothing was changed and nothing was used up.

Question 4

Which email should I sign in with?

Accepted Answer

Always the same one. Your plan belongs to the account you activated it with. Signing in with a different email creates a separate account that doesn’t have your plan.

What are workspaces, and how many do I get?

A workspace is one business or brand, with its own brand profile, content and monthly limits. Tiers 1 to 5 include 1 / 2 / 3 / 6 / 10 workspaces. Create and switch between them from the workspace menu at the top of the app.

Are the monthly limits per workspace?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Posts, scheduled posts, AI images, SEO audits and briefs, AI visibility checks, ad plans and email campaigns all apply to each workspace separately, and they reset every month.

What are AI credits?

Accepted Answer

A one-time pool of 150 / 400 / 1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000 credits (Tiers 1 to 5), shared across all your workspaces. It doesn’t reset. When a monthly limit for something you generate runs out (posts, images, briefs, audits, AI visibility checks, ad plans, email campaigns), Orchestra draws from the pool so you aren’t stopped mid-campaign. Scheduled posts and campaign launches are fixed monthly limits: credits don’t extend them.

Why did regenerating my Marketing Blueprint use so much?

A full Blueprint is a big job: it counts as 10 post generations. It’s a one-time starting plan, so you rarely need to run it again.

Can I add my team?

Tier 1 is just you. Tiers 2 and 3 can invite 1 teammate; Tiers 4 and 5 can invite 2. Invite them from the Team page in your account. Teammates create and publish content with their own connected social accounts; they can’t see billing or manage the team.

How do I upgrade to a higher tier?

In your AppSumo account, open My Products, then Orchestra, then View & Change Plan. The change reaches Orchestra automatically within seconds. Your workspaces and content carry over, and your credit pool gains the difference between your old and new tier.

My licence key changed after upgrading

Accepted Answer

That’s how AppSumo handles tier changes: each one comes with a new key. Orchestra follows it automatically. Nothing to do on your side.

Can I move to a lower tier?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the same View & Change Plan page on AppSumo, subject to AppSumo’s 60-day policy. Workspaces you already created stay active; you just can’t add more than the new tier allows. Credits already in your pool stay.

What’s included on every tier?

Marketing Blueprint and strategy, social post creation, scheduling and publishing, unlimited standard stock images and video, AI images, the email campaign builder (with your own Mailgun account), paid campaign planning and insights for Meta, Google and ChatGPT ads, SEO audits with recommendations, SEO content briefs, and AI visibility checks. Monthly amounts depend on your tier.

Which social channels can I connect?

Question 17

Do email campaigns need a Mailgun account?

Yes. You connect your own Mailgun account in your account settings and pay Mailgun directly for delivery. Orchestra builds the campaign and sends it through your account.

Connecting Google Ads and Search Console

Accepted Answer

Connect Google Ads from the Ads page and Google Search Console from the Social accounts page. Both use the same Google sign-in.

How do refunds work?

Accepted Answer

Refunds are handled by AppSumo within their 60-day guarantee. Request one from your AppSumo account. After a refund, your workspaces move to the base Starter plan and any remaining credits are removed.
